1\2 cup of J.D. Diggs Sauce
1\2 cup of apple cider vinegar
¼ cup of beer
1 teaspoon of crushed red pepper
¼ cup ketchup
1 table spoon of fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 teaspoon of Diggin’ It Rub
Cut up chicken and wash thoroughly. Pat dry and season with J.D. Diggin’ It Rub or your favorite seasoning. Place over low to medium flame on a charcoal grill cook for 15-20 minutes or until done.
In a separate bowl combine J.D. Diggs sauce with, 1\2 cup vinegar, ¼ cup beer, 1 teaspoon beer, 1 teaspoon of crushed red pepper ¼ cup ketchup, 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice and 1 teaspoon salt. Whisk all these ingredients together and put in a sauce pan and bring to boil and cut off.
Once chicken has seared thoroughly on each side begin dipping it to the mixture above each time you turn the chicken on the grill. Once the chicken is done remove from the grill and enjoy. (This is an awesome dish with Diggs Marinated Onions!)
