2 Large Vidalia Onions or Sweet Onions
1\2 cup of J.D. Diggs Sauce
1\2 cup apple cider vinegar
¼ cup of beer
1 teaspoon of crushed red pepper
¼ cup ketchup
1 table spoon of fresh squeezed lemon juice
Slice onions and set aside. In a separate bowl combine J.D. Diggs sauce with, 1\2 cup vinegar, ¼ cup beer, 1 teaspoon beer, 1 teaspoon of crushed red pepper, ¼ cup ketchup, 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice and 1 teaspoon salt. Wisk all these ingredients together and put in a sauce pan and bring to boil and cut off. Drop onion slices into sauce pan and let the onions steep in the marinade. Leave in the mixture for at least 15 to 20 minutes, drain off marinade and serve onions. Use remaining marinade as a dip when eating Diggs Dunked Chicken.
